Senior Researcher at Omran for Strategic Studies in the Policies and International Relations Track. He earned his Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Political Science from the University of Damascus. He worked for 3 years in the Economics Division of Syrian State Security Agency. Prior to his work at Omran, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Media Office of the Syrian National Coalition, Istanbul, Turkey, and a teacher of history at the UNRWA, Damascus, Syria. He worked as a researcher on politics and international relations at Sham Center for Strategic Studies and Research in Damascus between 2011-2013. In 2013, he served as the Head of the Editorial Board at Theka Center for the Study of Public Opinion.
